4 years agoHave been a client for a few years now. Any requests or queries are always acted upon in good time. We had one recent issue with a new neighbour buying into our strata and immediately began ignoring the rules and regulations. YMC dealt with this promptly and effectively.

5 years agoIf you read Michelle and Jason's reviews below, they reflect the comments of committee members belonging to, what was deemed by NCAT, a "dysfunctional strata scheme". I was awarded damages for over $55,000 in loss of rent as well as legal costs of over $100,000. The application to appoint a Compulsory Strata manager was successful and YMC is no longer the management agency. Even though the building's insurance appealed the decision for damage payout, there was no denial that repairs were not made in over 4 years, and the property neglected. I hope this helps balance some of the reviews.
