No job is too big or too small—most recently, I reported an issue and it was resolved the very same day. For larger projects, detailed quotes are provided promptly for the Council of Owners to consider, and once a decision is made, Westend Strata manages the tender process seamlessly. The approved works are then completed efficiently and without issue. I have been with Yvonne and her team for the entire 20 years I’ve lived in my unit, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I highly recommend Westend Strata for their reliability, professionalism, and outstanding service.

5 months agoBeen trying to get an answer about maintenance for months, called and emailed multiple times without success, always seems like the person who manages the account is not in. Recently called for an AGM as one hasn't been held in over a year. If you are looking for strata management I suggest you look elsewhere as I definitely will be as soon as the AGM is posted.

We are not a large strata but Yvonne and her team still find the time to help us out, followup our requests timely and I feel give us that personalised service you dont get from the big companies.
