Arshia Arvahi, has an appalling work ethic. He failed to attend to the inspection and does not answer his phone. This agency has the worst service.

Really disappointing experience with Twig Real Estate. We applied for a property and were told we’d hear back within 24 hours. We called multiple times to follow up and couldn’t get through at all. With no response and a deadline on our current accommodation, we had no choice but to extend our lease to avoid being without a place. When Jodie finally got back to us explaining she had been at a funeral, we were completely understanding and worked around the situation, agreeing to push our move in date by two weeks to accommodate everything. Jodie then confirmed in writing ‘I will wait to hear from you’ after I asked for one day to discuss the move in date with my partner. I reached back out within less than 24 hours to confirm we wanted to proceed and only then were we told the property had already been leased to someone else with the contract signed. No call, no heads up, nothing. We only found out because we reached out ourselves. A basic courtesy call before leasing to someone else would have been the least we expected, especially after a written commitment was made. We accommodated every delay on their end, adjusted our plans twice and were still let down at the final step. Despite our disappointment we stayed polite and even asked if there were any other properties available in the area. Those messages have since been left on read with zero response. Really unprofessional and has left us in a tough spot. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a first; just got off the phone with Annamarie. The number was on add along side her colleagues number Robert. Called her; she was short and unpleasant however, I understood as it was 7.45pm and I had called maybe when she was busy. I then called her colleagues number, she answered the phone and went "mate do you always call people at 8pm in the night". some context not everyone works 9-5 and ive had very kind agents pick up the phone much later and assist me in buying properties, usually high performing agents call me and are open for calls during very late hours or at worst politely say they are unavailable. This was indeed the first. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is the attitude she comes to work with, she will loose potential buyers. Pretty poor performance, without even having to engage with the company for more than 60seconds shes left a lasting impression. Management that cares for company growth should take these comments seriously and review this type of behaviour. PS if you dont want people to call you, switch off your work phone or simply dont answer.
