The Strata Co.

This review is specifically for Jamie, who has been our building strata manager for three-and-a-bit years. 11/10. Jamie is professional, level headed and knows his stuff. He gives balanced advice to the council of owners, notices but does not play politics and is very thorough. I’ve been prompted to leave this review after I asked Jamie to check a tedious by-law of the complex and with a few days he was back with a marked up screenshot of the specifics. Nice guy, no nonsense, gets back to you and does a thankless job with patience and good humour. Grateful to have someone capable at the helm, it makes an enormous difference. Thanks Jamie!!

We are a smaller complex of 8 Units and back in 2021 Jamie helped us move away from our previous Strata Manager. Since then they have provided us with a cost effective management service that meets our needs and keeps our costs down. We have been very happy with Jamie and the Strata Co - they have been easy to work and communicate with and would recommend him to anyone looking for Strata Management services.
