Strata Specialists

Please DON'T hire this company to manage your complex. I own a unit in a complex run by these people in Rockingham and for the last year we have had zero dollars in our reserve fund .Is that even legal ? 50 year old plumbing that needs fixed , instead of just expensive, ineffective patch up jobs ...A ten year maintenance plan , by law , that is non existent... When you bring up inconsistencies in their vague financial reports, you get the same answer " oh, it's just a glitch in the system". When you bring up issues with things happening in the complex, again " thanks for letting us know , we'll look into it. ( Yeah, right). Basically, all our Strata fees are covering is their mis - management fees & our building insurance ( which had to get a 2 month extension because we didn't have enough funds to cover it last time). Nothing gets done , maintenance wise in the complex, a group of us owners keep the yards tidy etc, which really we shouldn't have to do. You may ask , well, why not get rid of them ? It's not that easy to do. Getting all the owners together and in agreement is near on impossible, and some of the oldies just like the same old same old .... So, people are now selling their units, because anywhere is better than here, with Strata - So - Called - Specialists.

Their service delivery is beyond poor. Everything is done on a 'need to know' basis, and unless you've heard about it, it doesn't exist.

THE most Incompetent strata company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Nadine is rude, they lie and play dumb, never have any money to make repairs due to other owners not paying their dues, don't do anything about the antisocial behaviour in th complex, trying to deal with these people is infuriating! Get a proper job instead of pretending you all know what your doing, it's embarrassing and quite frankly I hope your business goes into administration - won't be long until they do as apparently they never have any money! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I feel sorry for any new owners who end up having to deal with your company!
