a week agoThis is one of the worst strata management companies in Perth. I had a burst pipe incident in my strata property. I called multiple times for support as well as guidance on insurance claim. No one bothered to return my call. They did not organise anyone to investigate or inspect the property either. After 3 days, the managing director Stafford Beamish emailed me that the leak is due to lack of maintenance in shower grout. He came to this conclusion by simply looking at photos from the internet!!! He refused to lodge a claim and informed me that i need to organise my own repairs. Confused, i proceeded with my own repairs. Later, my tradies confirmed that it was indeed burst pipe and hence an insured event. I called the insurance and they accepted the claim and ready to reimburse me. The strata manager did not cooperate with the reimbursement as well and resorted to delay tactics. Finally, I had to approach State administrative tribunal and secured an order in my favour to resolve the matter. It became clear that this company strives to keep the owners council happy to retain their business, even if it means going against the interest of individual lot owners. Not recommended at all.

a month agoI have been with this strata for a year and they are always on the ball and extremely organised. I have never had any issues as everything seems taken care of so seamlessly. When we bought the property the strata fees actually went down! Which I believe is unheard of. Very happy with the way they take care of Innaloo Villiage.
