AVOID AVOID AVOID. She treats owners in our strata with contempt. Any person I speak with in regards to her behaviour and service echo my own frustrations. I implore any strata that currently uses her service to actively seek alternate managment services. Her ineptitude is dangerous. Communication and maintenance is drawn out. Financials provided are not in line with legistlative requirements and we STILL cannot get a copy of the Engagment Contract we apparently have with her company. Examples of excuses provided to myslef and others for poor service: My mother is ill I just got back from holiday Its been a crazy month We have a computer glitch

This strata management company is terrible!! They are so unhelpful and lazy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have called and emailed over 10 times to receive my payment receipts for the thousands of dollars I have paid this company over the past year and I still haven't received it. I am extremely disappointed and wish they would do much better at their jobs.

Worst strata management service in Perth for sure or maybe in Australia . The lady who runs this business is rude , unprofessional and had no idea of law and strata management at all . She is been reported to the authorities and her license will need to be cancelled .

If I could give 0 stars I will . Darlene is the most unprofessional and dodgy person I ever come across. She is full of excuses and never gets the jobs done and will leave you with empty promises , STAY FAR AWAY OF THIS “ LADY “ . You have been warned .
