Strata CBD

An absolute joke of a company. Try to contact emergency # and no answer. What should have been an easy fix- burst water pipe turned into a major event. Water in gas lines. Affected over 70 properties in the area. No gas = no hot water or cooking. Why do we pay for a service we don’t receive?????

Shocking communication, they don't pick up the phone, don't answer the emails and when your strata manager is away there is no handover and you need to wait until their return for your issue to be addressed.

This strata company is an absolute joke and so bad. We have a major bird issue in our apartment block where the birds are literally destroying our cars and the carbays with birdpoo. It's so disgusting. One of the parking bays has layers of bird poo growing. This is a major health and satefy issue, a few of us have spent so much money washing our cars and this strata compnay couldnt care less. We've communicated our issues so many times, this strata company says its doing something but it's been a whole year and still haven't done anything. WAKE UP!!!!!

Really disappointed in the communication. Won't return calls/ emails to our managing agent or ourselves. Takes many weeks/months to get a response, if we get one at all. Apartment leaking and trying to sort out for tenant, still not sure if its been sorted. On the basis of this I would not recommend.
