I recently bought my first home with Belinda Harris, and I honestly cannot fault her work. Belinda was professional, accommodating and patient throughout the entire matter and answered any questions I had about the property and process. Belinda was efficient in communicating my questions, concerns, offer etc to the vendor, and never pressured me to do anything I was not comfortable in doing. Belinda was honest and upfront, and I never felt misled. She offered her expertise and guidance in a way that felt friendly and genuine. After living in my new home for the past couple months, I can say with confidence that everything Belinda advised about the property was accurate. I could not recommend Belinda more highly ! Also, a big thank you to Jodie Hartley, Haylee Campbell and the rest of the Raine and Horne Team for assisting me in the purchase of my new home !

Words perhaps can't do justice here, which is why it has taken me a while to write this review. I cannot speak highly enough of Melanie Furmston, my property manager for the past 11 years. In that time she has been nothing short of exceptional. I take pride in keeping my properties in great condition and my tenants well looked after, and with Mel in my corner, I have never needed to worry. Her knowledge spans so many areas that nothing seems to faze her, and her efficiency and organisation are unlike anything I have encountered. What truly sets Mel apart, however, is her genuine care. On more than one occasion she has gone well beyond the scope of a typical property manager to support me. She has become more than a property manager, she has played a key role in my overall property journey. If you are looking for someone who will treat your investment as if it were her own, look no further. Mel and her wonderful team and R&H colleagues will look after you. Thank you, Mel.
