I have been trying to contact the agency for weeks regarding my lease agreement and bond transfer, yet no one responds or provides clear updates. Despite being told paperwork had been “actioned,” the incoming tenant confirmed she never received anything. The lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through has made an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needed to be.

2 months agoI had my property rented out for over two years with PPD. In that time I had about 6 different property managers with extremely poor communication and issues that were never raised with me. I could not conscionably recommend PPD for property rental
