Yousif and Michael look after 2 of my rentals since 2016. Their property management service is good. I only left them at 2024 because they introduced new fees that were previously included in the commission (eg: renewing a lease, advertising) plus increased some existing fees by more than triple (eg: admin), while other agencies who would have faced the same challenge on increasing cost of running a business didn't need to do that. Some of these new fees I don't get any formal notice until I needed the service and they advise over the phone (eg: lease renewal, advertising), or I find out later from the owner statement with no notice (eg: admin).
