I was disappointed when I picked up the keys and there was no gift or welcome gesture. I understand that a gift is not important compared to a property purchase worth hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars, but after making such a major purchase, even a modest token of appreciation would have been a nice touch and would have enhanced the overall experience.

Not satisfied with recent experiences as they seemed not interested in presenting the landlord’s best interests but rather the tenants going to move away.

Eden & Tayla, you have literally helped make all of our families dreams a reality across not one, but two households and with two sales and a purchase over 4 years! We were ready to take risks and you helped us do that, but with mum and dad it was even harder to envision with so much more at stake and Eden and Tayla, you led them through it with so much clarity, support and warmth with so much respect for the home they created over the last 30 years. I will forever be grateful!

Overall we were disappointed by our experience with Jody and the One Agency team. Jody was our property manager for our investment property on the coast for 2.5 years. In this time she often didn't communicate important issues to us (for example, tenants paying rent late) and failed to take accountability for her mistakes. We often had to chase Jody up to get information and payments we were entitled to. We felt let down and would not recommend her and the teams services.

Great, friendly team. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Our experience renting through One Agency has been great. Thank you.
