He was always quick to respond, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and delivered on everything he said he would. He worked incredibly hard to achieve a good result in challenging market conditions. His positive attitude was infectious, and no problem ever seemed too big. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, he’s elite. They have always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I had any questions or maintenance requests. a week agoA rent increase was advised to happen from mid August. So in June they started taking the higher rent from our account. The higher rent drawn gave us a $15 bank fee from our bank account. The agency was updated about their error. 10 days later they advise when we pay the next months rent they will refund last months amount they “over charged”. And no to refunding us the bank fee. Further the door handle / lock on the apartment door is loose and could lock us out at any time. Despite reporting it twice, and following up, and it being identified during an inspection as something that needs to be fixed, just silence from them. Seems they would prefer to put us through being locked and a big emergency locksmith fee - than proactively fix a problem their own staff said was an issue that needs to be fixed as this type of defect often causes issues.
