Lots In Common Strata Management

I initially contacted the office regarding missed payments. The operator advised that our account was completely up to date, only for us to receive another invoice a few weeks later that included an additional $27.50 “debt recovery” fee. I called again to seek clarification. Unfortunately, the operator was unhelpful, sounded disengaged, and repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to explain the situation. She was unable to determine the correct balance owing and advised she would email the details through by close of business. It has now been six days and I have still not received any correspondence. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, with poor communication, inconsistent information, and a lack of follow-through. Based on my experience, this is the worst strata management service I have dealt with.

Couldnt find zero star option. I have been extremely disappointed with lots in common. The level of professionalism has been well below expectations Long story short. I enquired about payments i had missed, The operator on the phone insisted we were up to date with payments, only then to receive another invoice a few weeks later to be paid with an extra 27.50 added for "debt recovery" to the new invoice. Again called to enquire, operator sounded unmotivated and rude like we were inconvieniencing her day. Tried to speak over me while talking. For a company responsible for managing strata properties, communication is essential. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lots In Common Strata Management.

Lots In Common are akin to a black hole in many ways. Every email sent or phone call that gets made disappears, never to be replied to or returned ever again (even though I am ASSURED that my name and number has been taken and someone will get back to me). My requests have been basic, but important, such as a remote for the carpark so I can use the park that I pay for, leaking to the external of the building which is causing water damage in my apartment, solar power no longer working, and the building going uncleaned for weeks. The fake reviews are very obvious, as I find it hard to believe that a company that can’t even reply to an email is worthy of anything more than one star. I will be submitting a complaint to the State Administrative Tribunal about the lack of communication and failure to act upon reasonable requests, and I will be absolutely flabbergasted if no one else in this building has already

I can not get any requested Strata information from these people and I have a home open in a few hours. This is the WORST Strata Management company I have ever dealt with. Shame on you.
