Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Karen trying to sell my house. I’d known her for a long time and had previously purchased and sold with her, so I thought she’d be reliable and trustworthy. However, this time was a horrific experience for my family and I. There was no communication and no follow-ups even after we raised the issue. We lost out on a lot of money as a result and our neighbours even told us she’d advised them we’d rejected multiple offers over our asking price, which wasn’t true. The house was on the market for four months and sold within a month of us switching agents. Even after everything, we didn’t get an apology. I had recommended her to everyone I knew but I would unfortunately steer clear.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I enquired about a property in Greystanes a few months and did not receive any updates regarding this. I was dealing with agent Mary and honestly I am baffled at the unprofessionalism of this team. She ghosted me and I had to find out through Facebook that my property had been sold to someone I highly dislike. The team would talk to me like I was stupid and would insult my intelligence as they would laugh at my offers. I believe $700,000 is reasonable for a property. I expect a formal apology from Mary the team. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to humble yourself and treat you customers like humans.

Steve did a great job of managing our rental property. He was responsive and provided timely updates and obtained great results for us.

Our family recently had to vacate due to the property being scheduled for demolition/redevelopment. During an already stressful time trying to secure a new rental in a very competitive market, communication from this agency felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. We received repeated pressure to vacate immediately, including warnings about legal action, trade rebooking costs, and impacts on our rental history if we did not leave by the date given. This caused significant stress for our family while we were actively trying to find somewhere suitable to live. We did move out on time, however after vacating the property it appeared no urgent works had commenced. This made the pressure tactics feel excessive and avoidable. Tenants understand when owners need possession, but respectful and humane communication matters. I hope future tenants are treated with more empathy during difficult situations.

Hi Jason Gebren, is the property at 38 Greystanes Road a house or a duplex? It appears to be a duplex with a shared wall, separate entrance, and letterboxes. Perhaps it should be categorised as a duplex in the ad for clarity?
