4 months agoI’ve been with this real estate agency (Gary!) for around two years, starting from when they first managed my property as the leasing agent. They conducted thorough due‑diligence checks on prospective tenants and consistently kept me updated throughout the entire property management process. We eventually decided to sell the apartment, and despite the challenging market conditions, Gary did an excellent job balancing the needs of the existing tenant while securing a suitable buyer. During settlement, the vacant possession process was time‑sensitive, and Gary handled the expectations of both the tenant and buyer with great professionalism and care. 2 years agoMy experience to date has been great to be honest. Gary is super communicative, always helpful with my new rental and haven't had a problem at all. The house is great, paying rent is easy via bank transfer. He's been super helpful out of hours saying he's available to answer any questions. Big tick from my side. The only comment I could give is with digital leasing etc it would be really easy using DocuSign or similar to execute documents in an easier fashion.
