From the very beginning, Paul made the entire process of selling our home feel so much easier than we ever expected. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but he took so much of that weight off our shoulders by handling the coordination, keeping everything moving behind the scenes, and communicating with us every step of the way. We always knew what was happening and felt completely supported throughout the whole journey. What impressed us most was the way Paul approached the sale. Even in a challenging market, he achieved a result we were genuinely thrilled with while making sure both we, as the vendors, and the purchaser were treated with fairness, honesty and respect. That level of professionalism and integrity is something you don't come across every day. Beyond being an exceptional agent, Paul is simply a wonderful person. I have lived in this property for the past two years, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The neighbourhood is exceptionally safe, quiet, and peaceful, making it a fantastic place to live. The location is incredibly convenient. Within just a five-minute walk, you can reach the shopping centre, where you’ll find Coles, Kmart, a Chinese supermarket, a Korean supermarket, an Italian supermarket, and many other shops. There is also a great selection of restaurants nearby, including the very popular Gico, which is well known among locals. Public transport is excellent, with both bus routes 30 and 33 providing easy access to Adelaide CBD. Route 30 is especially enjoyable because it passes many of Adelaide’s most famous attractions, making trips into the city convenient and scenic. This property has truly felt like home. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming community. Leaving after two years is not an easy decision, but due to work commitments and my child’s education, our family needs to relocate. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, and convenient place to live.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The rental property my partner and I own sustained roughly $30,000 worth of damage under Remi’s watch. We lost all the bond money just covering unpaid rent, outstanding utilities, and changing the locks. Shockingly, none of Remi’s routine inspection reports ever detailed any damage to the property. In reality, every single door in the house was broken, there were holes in the walls, damaged floorboards, stained carpets, and broken tiles, stained carpets. When we confronted the agency, Dina and Demi showed absolutely no empathy toward what had happened to our property and only cared about cutting ties with us as quickly as possible. This is a soulless company that has left us with a massive financial and emotional mess that has been dragged out over 7 months and counting. AVOID Eclipse Real Estate at all costs if you value your investment.
