I used this firm in Mudgee when I recently sold my house. The first time I met the conveyancer who was to deal with this matter was in the street when I tried to enter the premises via the wrong door, and she came into the street and shouted at me. This woman continued to be a rude, angry, overbearing and downright hostile. I am a highly educated, extremely polite woman, and the only way it worked was when I dealt with someone else in that office to do the job. Sadly, that other person is her sidekick and prepared to turn a blind eye no matter how bad her behaviour is. This is low level professional behaviour and represents toxicity within that office. I believe I'd now choose to use bona fide solicitors who I could sit in front of and have a mutually pleasant experience.
