Review for Laura Phipps – Cygnet West WANNEROO MARKETS I vacated my stall over five weeks ago and am still waiting for my bond to be returned. Throughout my tenancy, I always paid my rent on time and never complained, even though my stall had an ongoing leak. Since moving out, I have made several phone calls and sent multiple emails requesting an update on my bond, but I have received no meaningful response. The lack of communication and the delay in returning money that is rightfully owed is extremely disappointing and has left me with no confidence in how this matter has been handled. I sincerely hope Cygnet West resolves this issue immediately. If not, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels. — Dreamy Creations

I am giving 5 stars ONLY because I have these people in mind: - Jill Clothier - Rachel Hunter - Amy McCaffrey - Ali Qamar And honestly, the timing of being asked to leave a review is quite interesting. If I had been asked at a different time, Cygnet West would most likely have received 1 star from me, or no review at all, because what I had to say may not have survived Google’s review filter. Strata management really comes down to the people you deal with. It also comes down to luck. There is a saying in Chinese: “Fortune changes every ten years.” The closest English expression would probably be: “How the tables turn.” This year happens to be the 10th year since Bella Vita buyers were able to move into the building. After ten years, it finally feels like good fortune has reached us - in the form of Jill Clothier. What makes Jill good is not that she writes award-winning essays, makes big promises, or replies instantly every single time. What makes her good is that her communication feels real. It feels like she is standing in front of you and speaking to you. She is sincere, calm, respectful, and down to earth. She is willing to communicate, willing to learn, and willing to work with us to find solutions instead of giving template answers or repeating textbook responses. Those are the things I value most when dealing with people, and Jill has ticked all those boxes. Thank you Rachel. Before Jill joined, there was already a whole backlog of messes sitting there, and within your role and capacity, you quietly supported us and helped us deal with many problems. Thank you Ali. You have shown us what a strong, capable, and decisive leader looks like. Thank you for never acting above us, and for patiently dealing with the many emails I have sent you. We as council had great quality support from Amy McCaffrey and Shannon Hodgkinson over the last few years. They acted promptly so that issues were solved quickly, even on holidays or after work hours. Work orders were issued quickly and followed up or alternatives suggested. We very much appreciate their commitment to maintain our building in good state with good records on mybuildings and finance portals.
