Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Care Property. Communication has been extremely poor, with multiple emails going unanswered over an extended period of time despite the seriousness of the matters raised. As an owner, you expect at the very least acknowledgment of correspondence and professional follow-up, however this has not been my experience at all. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and urgency has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in the level of service being provided. I have also requested on numerous occasions details relating to their licence information and Professional Indemnity insurance provider, however these requests have remained unanswered. I have made repeated attempts to resolve matters professionally and directly, yet I continue to experience delays and a complete lack of communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this strata management company to others seeking reliable and professional management services. I sincerely hope Care Property improves its communication, transparency, customer service, and overall handling of owner concerns moving forward.

Just thought I’d add to the barrage of low scores for this lot. The website is full of smiley faces and how caring they are well my experience tells me this is a pure charade . I didn’t get the outcome I wanted with them but there is a way and means of communicating a response they know is not what their recipient was hoping for . I dealt the Serena who is one of their more seasoned staff members as per the website . Her first approach to dealing with a situation was simply to ignore multiple emails. After calling she clearly had read the email but couldn’t be bothered to respond . The last conversation went south swiftly with her tone quickly chasing to quite the opposite of “ friendly and caring “ and slamming the phone down . I called back and was answered with a “YES” like I was a pest. The measure of a business and person is not how they operate when things go right as that’s easy but how they deal with problems or conflict. I would urge avoidance and seek a more professional organisation

TRADES BEWARE!!! The staff they employ have no communication skills, are extremely rude and getting paid takes longer than you could even imagine. I am shocked that home owners are employing this company given the reviews tend to all be the same.

Previously I would have either not bothered to review or given one star ⭐️ BUT the addition of our new property manager Shristi has been a game changer for our building. Previously we struggled to get anything done, an email answered or a call returned. Shristi, however, came to meet the owners (previously unheard of), familiarise herself with the property and issues that need addressing, and actually GET SHIT DONE. We’ve had contractors on-site, jobs done and help on a long weekend when the ‘after hours’ number was apparently discontinued due to ‘Legislation’. Frankly, we were discussing a new strata company until recently. Shristi is the consummate professional but is also personable, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys fostering positive relationships and outcomes. I genuinely have my hope restored and damn sure hope she remains our property manager and gets the kudos she deserves !

So much to write about. Worth contacting the strata regulator to make complaints; these guys have no regard for the legal framework they work under or any concerns for their clients. Absolutely avoid if possible.
