Extremely poor response times. Terrible communication and overall unprofessional

This company is so unprofessional and rude. As an owner, you are treated like a second class citizen when reporting an issue and ask to send photos, so the building manager doesn’t have to come on site… So disappointing!!!

These Guys are Absolute Joke , Deceptive Business Practices , No Office Communication , Company Owner is The Main Reason ! This Company is Rotten from the Top Down ,They Use Corrupt Strata Tactics , Act Like They Own Your Unit, And You Do Not Have Any Say ?? And Use Intimidation ,To Try To Silence And Scare! with Bogus Invoicing ! Threats Of Litigation When Not Needed ! Office Staff , Seem to Have No Idea , How Run Correctly , Then Again Not Surprising , Upper Management Seem To Be, Using Bent Unregulated Strata Practices , Please do yourself and Your Other Strata Owners A Service And Keep Well Away from These , Disgusting And Vile Strata Mangers !! It would be Better To Look Into , The 10 Years Of Other Of Reviews , From This Company Bellcourt / Changed to B-Strata ! I Wonder Why, The Name change, Says It All It would be Better to look Else where , This Industry is Fraught, With Corrupt Players Good Luck

Our apartment complex had been bounced from property manager to property manager with soo many things that had to be fixed in our complex but there was no one there to action until we switched to B Strata and Melanie and her team took over our complex!! Everything outstanding has been actioned. Melanie has been great with communication and organising!! Thank you all at B Strata ⭐️
