His communication during and post-sale process is quite poor. He rarely answers phone calls and fails to provide updates regarding settlement or the final deposit of funds. Kept my paid ad open for another property he was selling privately and did not mark my property under contract until his other sale was sold. The overall experience would be significantly improved if he proactively kept clients informed throughout the sale process and shared good news immediately rather than a day late. However overall, he is an exceptional agent who sells properties in record time and provides honest market expectations.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience with one of your representatives, Britney. Unfortunately, I found the interaction to be disappointing. Britney appeared quite inexperienced and was very rigid in her approach to taking details. I was there to view the garage, and despite informing her that I would be with her in just a few seconds, she repeatedly stated that I could not see it. Her lack of flexibility gave the impression of inexperience in handling property inspections. I believe with further training and guidance, Britney could improve her approach. A representative who can balance professionalism with flexibility is crucial in real estate, as overly rigid interactions risk losing potential deals.
