2 weeks agoI have been with this strata for a year and they are always on the ball and extremely organised. I have never had any issues as everything seems taken care of so seamlessly. When we bought the property the strata fees actually went down! Which I believe is unheard of. Very happy with the way they take care of Innaloo Villiage.

5 months agoI couldn’t be more impressed with the top-tier service provided by SPWA over many years now. Stafford, Ellyn, and the team consistently demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to our building’s wellbeing, which has made an enormous difference. SPWA has successfully managed a wide range of upgrades and improvements at our complex, including plumbing works, security camera installations, lighting and electrical upgrades, implementation of the Property IQ portal, debt recovery, mitigation of anti-social behaviour, fencing and bollards, landscaping and gardening, roofing, and carpentry works. All matters, whether large or small, are handled efficiently and proactively. Communication is clear, timely, and transparent, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel informed and supported. From coordinating routine maintenance to addressing unexpected issues, SPWA delivers dependable and thoughtful service. Attention to detail in the preparation of the agenda, opening of the meeting and with Stafford elected as Chairman it was a very professionally conducted meeting. We had good attendance via Zoom and a high proxy votes with a hand full of Owners present. Highly recommended.
