Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our product/service offerings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

Present, demonstrate, and promote company products/services in a professional manner.

Understand client requirements and provide relevant product/service recommendations.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events and participate in promotional activities when required.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or similar role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service mindset.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer literacy; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate / Property / Technology / B2B Sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Understanding of Australian real estate or service-based markets
