Ennis Partners is a boutique brand run by a small, tight-knit highly experienced and professional team, well led by Richard, who deliver a big performance. From presenting their comprehensive proposal, detailing the marketing strategy and answering our queries and concerns, Richard and Kirsty were polished, professional and highly personable. These characteristics shone through during the wholes sales process - from managing the house opens, shaping prospective purchasers and handling the final negotiation process; to the point where we received 3 firm offers, the proximity of which to each other were testimony to the accuracy of Ennis Partner's pricing and marketing strategies - and, importantly, within our expectations.
