    Professional, Strategic and Exceptionally Supportive Throughout the Entire Process.     I'm not going to name the sales agents but, the “silent auction” felt dodgy. I was told to put my “best offer forward” while being given no real information about where the seller stood or whether the place would actually be taken off the market. Communication was vague and felt deliberately unhelpful, like the goal was to get buyers to bid blindly rather than negotiate properly. Left a bad taste and didn’t feel professional. My advice to other home buyers. Trust your gut if the process feels off or dodgy, walk away.

    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Chris Zoumbounis. I attempted to contact the agent on the mobile he has listed on the property Ads on three separate dates and left voicemails, but never received a callback. I also sent two text messages about rental properties I was interested in, and again received no response. I even submitted a full rental application with all supporting documents ahead of time so that once I attended the inspection, the process could be fast tracked. Despite doing everything on my end, I still received no communication or follow up from Chris. I thought maybe he was busy so I called the office a few days later, I was told that Chris would get in contact with me. A full week passed with no response. I then called the office again today, and when I finally managed to speak with Chris, he was extremely dismissive. He told me that inspection times are all listed on their website, even though none of this information appears on any of the rental ads on RealEstate.com.au or Domain. No one from the agency mentioned this during my previous calls, and if they had, I would not have needed to keep following up. His tone was rude and condescending, as if I did not understand simple instructions. In reality, this was the first time I had ever been able to reach him after multiple attempts. I have screenshots of all my calls, messages, and timestamps as proof. To be fair, the ladies at reception were polite, understanding, and helpful each time I called. The issue was solely with Chris’s attitude and lack of communication. To make things worse, the first property I applied for sent me only one automated email notifying me that it was available for inspection. However, a day or two later the listing was removed and updated to show that it had actually been rented on 24/11 despite receiving inspection notifications on the 27th for the 29th. This is misleading and shows extremely poor management. For all subsequent properties I applied to inspect, I only received emails saying that an inspection was being organised. I never received a single email that actually listed an inspection date or explained where to find this information on their website, which directly contradicts what Chris told me on the phone today in such a dismissive manner. Honestly, I am relieved I was not able to secure a property through them in the end. If this is how Chris communicates with potential tenants, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get in contact with him later if he were managing the property on behalf of a landlord. I would never want to deal with an agency where you have to constantly chase someone just to receive basic communication, only to be spoken to in a dismissive way. Overall, my experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

    Highly Recommend Chris! Chris was fantastic to work with. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he really pushed to get the deal done. He was easy to deal with, professional, and made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!
