5 months agoIf I could give zero stars or lower than 1 star, I would. Absolutely unacceptable experience with this real estate agency, especially the sales agent Azam. I was misled from the beginning and then treated with extreme disrespect. His attitude was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. During a phone call, offensive language was used, which is shocking and inappropriate for anyone representing a business. This interaction was stressful, degrading, and a complete waste of my time. No customer should ever be spoken to this way. I strongly warn others to stay away from this office and not waste their money or energy dealing with people who clearly lack basic professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, some of the positive reviews do not reflect the service I received and appear questionable. I recommend doing thorough research before dealing with this office.

6 months agoEven they dnt deserve 1 star as well 0 star i live in 8 - 9 month in 215 75b grima street schofields in these months when I ask for maintenance no one come to fixed any thing like shower, gas nope i send so many requests but now when I leave this I clean properly with professional cleaners but Cubic property guys inspected that the said one wall is dirty they ask me to pay 600$ for one wall paint one wall 600 $ hehhe but they know i dnt have time to ask my clean then I pay again 600$ Even i never delayed any rent before time i pay extra. But i give poor service 0 star
