We experienced issues from the beginning of our tenancy. Jacqui, our property manager, was our main point of contact, and I found communication difficult. Multiple emails went unanswered, and I did not feel supported when concerns were raised.

Fantastic experience with Neetu Kanda! As a tenant, finding a good real estate agency can be tough, but renting through Waratah Real Estate has been an absolute pleasure, all thanks to Neetu Kanda. From the very beginning, Neetu made the application and move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She is highly professional, polite, and always quick to respond whenever we have a question or need a hand with the property. It’s rare to find an agent who truly looks out for both the owner and the tenants, but Neetu does exactly that. Highly recommend her and the Waratah team!

The worst Estate agent ever. This place Waratah Estate Agents failed to mention that the person who used to live in the home was a wanted man by the Police and Bank. Man committed crimes and was on the run. We had police come over and shady looking people come over. We found a strange box half buried in the back belonging to the old owner and we gave it to the police. The police started circling the house to see if the old owner would be back. Random people thinking the old owner was still there looking for stuff the old owner owed them. Reported this to the police. Just a traumatic experience being watched. On the website it clearly stated a lock garage but when it was time they didn’t move the garage just completely got rid of it. The clothes hanger with a bunch of dirt was just thrown on the side of the back yard that was considered ours. There was no agreement for the construction people to use our power and they did for their heavy machinery. They put a bin which blowed trash all over the front yard that was considered our side. They put a moveable toilet on the grass at front which smelled in the summer heat. Our outdoor power line was stolen by workers and they just used it without permission. The plumber came and we told them of the leaks in the house one being the bath. The plumber was not happy about the pipes being painted over causing the eroded seal so the water was leaking. Also because of the bad paint job the painter painted on the electric power points making it faulty when the electrician came he had to change power points. Power points were broken. The cooking very was so dirty on the inside bugs came out. Do not make a contract with these people at all. Was charged 900$ at the end for the stuff we left behind and damages the damages we did not cause. Because of Al the trash around on the grass from the bin it killed the grass seeds and fertilising we worked hard on for a nice front and back yard. It’s patchy and we could not mow the lawn because the trash would blow over and get caught in the gardening equipment. There is a really bad pest issue in the house mice in the walls. When at night they jump around biting furniture especially wood. Bugs around in the vents coming in. None of the windows have fly nets so you can’t open it for fresh air otherwise stuff can just fly in. I went to the police and have this documented just in case. the police matter was documented with police and I they have the evidence of the past tenant and the box of stuff I gave because I thought this would. I also still have video and photo videos to support my claim with dated times and place. I also have a video clearly showing when we were out a worker had come into our home and took a plug running it down to the property next door. I have video of the dirt and clothes line. The state of the oven and etc. I have also given all evidence photos, videos etc and documentation to my lawyer.

Responsive Team. Team is very good in communication, when we send any communication we are getting very quick response. Good job guys, keep going 👍
