a week agoThis review is for Mr Panal Boustani. Scott McKain, bestselling business author and award-winning keynote speaker, said, “If you want customers to know they matter to you, show it by being interested in what matters to them.” Mr Panal exemplifies the above quote. He is an oasis in the desert (of real estate agents). I had the privilege of dealing with him during my effort to buy a property he was selling. He was very welcoming and provided detailed description of the property, answering all our questions with clarity and patience. We requested a second viewing which he gracefully allowed and personally came to give access. He also helped me take measurements to estimate the room space. He went beyond the norm for a real estate agent and though being a sellers agent he gave same commitment to the buyer as well. He is definitely one among the best agents I have come across and Manor is extremely lucky to have him. Though our deal did not materialize i was motivated to drop this review as acknowledgement of his exceptional customer service. Good Luck Mr Panal

Tracy was always available approachable and reliable in resolving issues and addressing my needs as a property investor. Her communication was clear and timely which allowed me to remain largely hands off knowing my property was being well looked after. The entire experience was stress free and I always felt confident that everything was under control.
