Disappointing experience. I drove to inspect/enquire about this property only to discover major construction occurring immediately next door, which was not made clear in the listing photos or description. This is a significant detail for any tenant because it affects noise, dust, privacy and day-to-day enjoyment of the property. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would likely not have wasted my time attending.

Nick and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our family home.
