2 years agoI have never experienced such horrible customer service then I have with Latitude. It took me 4 calls to get through not to mention been advised the wrong process. Main reason I call was to see what I had to do to be add on my husbands account The rep advised me to send an Email, but they didnt even know there is no customer email, nor how to relvsole the call. This same call I had, was place on hold 6 times ! For basically the rep to ask the person next to them what to do
