a month ago1 STAR — and that is generous. AVOID After a flood caused by the building's common piping duct— the SECOND time this has happened to us — Richardson Strata dragged an insurance claim out for nearly 2 years, refused to engage contractors promptly, and consistently ignored our emails and calls. We ended up engaging legel representative to get some movement. The result: black mould in our apartment, a lost tenant, a property we cannot sell, and most likely a major increase in building's strata insurance premiums — with more likely to come for every owner in the building next year. This is sheer incompetence, negligence and arrogance. This is a company that simply does not care about the owners it is paid to serve. Avoid Richardson Strata. Full Stop!
