Blackshaw Real Estate has managed my investment property portfolio for over 20 years; in areas of both sales and rental. I find the Property Management team very professional and easy to work with. They manage my property with due diligence while being sensitive to renter's concerns. Property inspections and reports are always on time and extremely well detailed (including photos) providing me with knowledge of the properties condition. They report and if requested, manage any necessary works which may be required. Financials and Lease arrangement management is outstanding with all rental payments monitored and owner payments received on the due date.
