So much so, in fact, that he would always make himself available to assist and give advice in our replacement property search! We had a very bad experience with this agency. We moved into a property rented through this real estate that was absolutely below Australian living standards. The house was completely uninhabitable, and we had to terminate the lease because of the condition of the property. They refused to accept responsibility until we finally won the case through the ACAT process after around 8 months. Even after the decision, they still did not return our 2 weeks’ prepaid rent. Their response was that the property owner’s name was on the contract and they had “nothing to do with it.” Fair enough — if that is the case, then tenants are dealing directly with the owner, not with the agency. These photos are from a property that was costing $840 per week through this real estate.

It’s a second time I am writing mr review, the previous one has been deleted.Very bad experience with them. Very poor service, they’re not honest at all.
