From the very beginning, Lilian in particular, but the entire team made the whole leasing experience easy and stress-free. They followed through on everything they said they would, were always pleasant and approachable, and took the time to listen and explain things clearly whenever I had questions. I sent my fair share of emails throughout the tenancy, but I was never made to feel like a burden. My questions and concerns always felt important and were responded to with genuine care and professionalism. What really stood out to me was that even weeks after I had vacated the property, I received a note in the mail thanking me for taking care of the home. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It’s rare to come across a real estate agency where you genuinely feel like they care about the people they deal with, rather than making you feel like you’re simply a tenant paying someone else’s mortgage. I’ve had an excellent experience working with Georgina from O’Neil Real Estate. From the very beginning, she has been professional, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Georgina has taken the time to explain each step clearly, answer all of my questions promptly, and make the whole process of preparing my investment property for management feel simple, organised and stress-free. What I appreciate most is her communication and attention to detail. She is proactive, easy to deal with, and always makes sure I understand what is happening and what needs to be done next. As an interstate property owner, having someone reliable on the ground is extremely important, and Georgina has given me a lot of confidence that my property will be well looked after. She has also been very helpful with organising the pre-settlement process, discussing insurance, property preparation and the next steps for leasing the property. Before Trisha took over managing my property, I was actually looking at moving the property elsewhere however, since Trisha took over, that has completely changed. She has been absolutely amazing from the start. I've had a really difficult situation with the tenant, including court proceedings and a long and frustrating insurance process, and Trisha has been there every step of the way. What I really appreciate about Trisha is that she actually cares. She is extremely proactive, keeps on top of everything and doesn't just accept the first answer she gets. If something isn't right, she keeps pushing until she gets an answer or a better outcome. The insurance matter went on for months and became incredibly frustrating, but Trisha never gave up. She kept following up, escalating things and fighting my corner, and ultimately the outcome was very favourable. I honestly don't think I would have got the same result without her. The best thing is that I don't have to chase her. I know things are being looked after and if there is an issue, Trisha is already onto it. She is worth her weight in gold. If Trisha is managing my property, I'm staying with her. Simple as that. After previously considering moving the property elsewhere, I can't see myself doing that now. Thanks for everything Trisha. I genuinely appreciate all the work you've put into looking after my property and getting the best outcome possible. ### Gemma West a week ago · 1.0/5 Very disappointed with our experience purchasing through this agency. They were more than happy to put pressure on us throughout the purchasing process to squeeze every last cent out of our final offer, but once the pen was to paper, we were essentially left on our own. Despite issues arising after settlement that we believe should have been disclosed in the contract, there was very little support or accountability from the agent. We have been left facing thousands of dollars in unexpected costs and work, with no compensation or meaningful assistance. The level of service before securing the sale was very different to the level of service once the sale was completed. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish and certainly not the level of professionalism or transparency I would expect when purchasing a property of this value.
