It was extremely difficult to get in touch with property manager. I have to call the office just to speak to someone. Each time, they took my details and assured me that someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. What frustrated me the most is the lack of communication and clear timeframes. Even a simple update such as, “We’ll get back to you within two business days,” would have made a big difference. After living in Australia for 14 years, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a real estate agency. ### kaic marcarini a month ago · 1.0/5 My experience with Joe Wehbe was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. McGrath should seriously reconsider whether this is the standard of customer service they want representing their brand. From the moment my family and I walked into the open home, Joe came across as arrogant and dismissive. When we finally had the opportunity to ask a few questions, we felt that he spoke down to us and made assumptions about our financial position, leaving us with the impression that he believed we couldn't afford the property. Coming from humble beginnings, we don't believe anyone should have to dress or speak a certain way to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Every prospective buyer deserves to feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their appearance or background. This was one of the most negative experiences we've had with a real estate agent, and it reinforced many of the stereotypes that give the industry a poor reputation.
