He sold my apartment recently in Phillip, and I couldn't recommend his services any higher. It was a difficult job that took almost a year, due to some bad media about an upcoming development facing my property. But Luke stayed positive, professional, perseverant, and essentially acted as a property manager. Not once did he complain, or make me feel like he was doing me a favour. He remembered every detail of every instruction/decision I'd made, and I never had to chase him for follow up. When we finally found a buyer, he worked his sales magic with ease, and a steady, experienced hand.
